Charlie Drewek is in his third year as defensive coordinator at St. Norbert College in 2024.
Drewek arrived at St. Norbert after two seasons at Northwestern University. Drewek was a defensive analyst for the Wildcats in 2021, and also served as an operations assistant.
Drewek, a 2011 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, was an assistant defensive line coach at the University of California-Davis in 2020. Prior to his time at UC-Davis, Drewek spent four years an a defensive analyst on Lovie Smith's staff at the University of Illinois. He also worked as a defensive assistant at Weber State University.
Drewek spent two years as an assistant recruiting coordinator at the University of Wisconsin from 2011 to 2013 after spending 2010 and 2011 as a student assistant coach. Before joining the Badgers' staff, Drewek was the co-defensive coordinator in 2010 and 2011 at Edgewood High School in Madison.
