Name, Image and Likeness Activities Information and Guidelines

In conjunction with NCAA policy, St. Norbert College has developed specific policies to the address name, image, and likeness (NIL) activities of student-athletes.

In accordance with state statutes and Association legislation, student-athletes may profit from the use of their NIL. Student-athletes, coaches and staff should visit the NCAA education page HERE for more information.

It is important that student-athletes and SNC employees check often for revisions to this policy. Failing to follow the SNC NIL guidelines could result in NCAA sanctions, removal from an athletics team and/or suspension or removal from SNC.

Student-athletes must disclose the NIL activities that they will participate in to the athletics department by submitting the below form with information on the engagement. Disclosure must occur prior to participation where NIL is utilized for each activity the student participates in at any point during their SNC collegiate career.
