Camp Staff

Bob Rickards, Camp Director

Bob Rickards is in his second season coaching St. Norbert College women's soccer in the fall of 2020.

St. Norbert narrowly missed out on a Midwest Conference Tournament berth in 2019, despite an impressive 5-0-1 finish to the season. The Green Knights also posted solid nonconference wins over the Milwaukee School of Engineering and UW-Oshkosh.
Rickards completed a stellar career coaching both the girls’ and boys’ soccer teams at Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay, Wis., in the spring of 2019. Rickards led the Notre Dame girls to a WIAA Division 3 state championship in 2018, and the boys to a pair of WIAA Division 2 state titles in 2007 and 2008. The Tritons also finished as the Division 3 boys' state runner-up in 2013, and the Division 3 girls' state runner-up in 2011 and 2015.

Rickards has compiled a 245-89-38 record with the girls and a 225-106-42 mark with the boys at Notre Dame. The totals include six girls’ conference championships and three boys’ conference titles. He has been named Fox River Valley coach of the year a total of six times (five girls, one boys) and was named Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association Division 3 Girls’ Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2018.

Prior to coaching at Notre Dame, Rickards spent five years coaching both the boys and girls at Ashwaubenon High School, and three years coaching both teams at Green Bay Preble High School.

In addition to SNC’s coaching staff, the camp staff will consist of other collegiate, high school and youth club coaches. Current SNC players will be staffed as camp counselors, providing assistance to campers on and off the field for the duration of the camp.
