St. Norbert College

Career: Four Varsity letters. Over 246 total sets compiled 376 kills for a .234 attack percentage, 142 total blocks, and 73 digs.

2023: Over 41 sets registered 49 kills and 31 total blocks on the year. Tallied season-best 5 blocks three times vs. Westminster, North Park, and Northland.

2022: In 99 sets totaled 169 kills, and 59 total blocks. Posted a season-best 11 kills vs. Edgewood on 10/18. Blocked 5 attacks twice on the season for a year high mark in wins vs. Carthage on 9/9 and Lakeland on 10/14. Named SNC Female Comeback Athlete of the Year at the 2022-2023 Norby Awards.

2021: In first year of on-court play saw action in 31 matches. Complied 158 kills while hitting at a .245 clip along with 59 total blocks. Set a season and career-best mark of 13 kills vs. nationally ranked UW-Eau Claire on 9/17. Totaled 8 blocks for a career-best mark vs. Lakeland on 10/15. Named as NACC Athlete-Scholar.

2020: Season cancelled due to Covid-19

Before SNC: Two-year letter-winner at Green Bay Notre Dame Academy. Regional champions in 2018 and 2019. Team captain in 2019. Played club volleyball for Impact Volleyball Club and Green Bay PoWer. Cites Tom Larsen with assisting to coach her through rehab during prep career.

Personal: Majoring in psychology with a minor in sociology. Daughter of Michael and Amy Rader. Mom, Amy, is an SNC graduate (’97). Dad played football at the University of Wisconsin ('92-'96) and is currently the head varsity football coach at Green Bay Notre Dame. Has four brothers: Michael, Matthew, Maxwell, and Andrew.  Max is currently a member of the University of Wisconsin football team. Matthew played basketball at the University of St. Thomas (MN) 2019-2021. Birthdate is July 8.
