Career Highlights: 5th year senior. Four time NCAA National Meet qualifier. School, and NACC record holder in the pentathlon, and heptathlon, also second best javelin thrower school in history. Scored 18 points at the 2023 NACC Indoor Championships with a win in the pentathlon, and a 2nd place finish in high jump. Scored 29 points at the 2022 NACC Outdoor Championships with a win in the heptathlon, a win in high jump, a 2nd place finish in javelin, and an 8th place finish in the 100m hurdles. Scored 20 points at the 2022 NACC Indoor Championships with a win in the pentathlon, and a win in high jump. Scored 18 points at the 2021 Midwest Outdoor Championships with a 2nd place finish in javelin, and 4th place finishes in long jump, and high jump. Scored 8 points at the 2020 Midwest Indoor Championships with a 2nd place finish in high jump. Scored 8 points at the 2019 Midwest Outdoor Championships with a 3rd place finish in javelin, and a 7th place finish in high jump. Scored 8 points at the 2019 Midwest Indoor Championships with a 2nd place finish in high jump. Notable personal records include: 1.64 meters in high jump, 38.14 meters in javelin, 15.77 in 100m hurdles, 9.38 in 60m hurdles, total score of 3392 in the Pentathlon, and 4546 in the heptathlon.

 

2023: Indoor: Experienced her most successful season in her St. Norbert career by setting personal records in 8 events over the course of the season. She started the season out with a personal record in the 300m at the Stevens Point Invite with a time of 44.61. The following week went to the Indiana University Invite where she competed in long jump, 60m hurdles, and the 4x4 relay that took 7th amongst DI competition. At the Whitewater Invite she was able to set a new personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:39.30, and a personal record in pole vault with a height of 2.84 meters. At the conference meet, she set new personal records in high jump with a jump of 1.64 meters, long jump with a jump of 5.39 meters, 60m hurdles with a time of 9.38, and set a new school record with a total score of 3392 in the heptathlon. Wrapped the season up at Nationals where she competed in the pentathlon, taking 15th with a score of 3265.

 

2022: Indoor: Started the season off in style by winning the Ripon Multi with a score of 3142 in the pentathlon. Later competed in the pentathlon at the Tadd Metzger Invite hosted by Carthage and won with a score of 3160. Set a then school record in the pentathlon at the NACC Championships with her winning score of 3208. She dominated the competition by winning 4 of the 5 events, and taking 2nd in the final event, the 800m. At the NACC Championships, she also won high jump, clearing a height of 1.59 meters. Wrapped up the season competing at Nationals where she finished 16th in the pentathlon with a score of 3103. Other notable performances on the year include; a season best in the 200m with a time of 27.20 at the Ripon Final Qualifier, and a season best in shot put with a mark of 10.74 at the Oshkosh Titan Invite. Outdoor: Kicked off the season by competing at the La Crosse with a 2nd place finish in the heptathlon. At that meet, she set a personal record in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.77 seconds, javelin with a mark of 38.14 meters, and total heptathlon score with a school record of 4546. At the conference meet, she was able to take 8th in the 100m hurdles with a time of 16.45 seconds, 2nd in javelin with a mark of 35.42 meters, won high jump with a height of 1.56 meters, and won the heptathlon with a score of 4373 to set the conference record. Wrapped up the season at Nationals where she finished 20th with a score of 3865.

 

2021: Indoor: No season due to COVID. Outdoor: Kicked the season off competing in the heptathlon at the St. Norbert Invite where she took 2nd with a score of 4066. At the Midwest Conference Championships, she took 2nd in javelin with a mark of 34.83 meters, and had 4th place finishes in long jump with a mark of 4.91 meters, and high jump with a mark of 1.54 meters to cap off a successful day. She later competed in the Last Chance Invite hosted by North Central where she set a then school record in the heptathlon with a score of 4441 to qualify for Nationals for the first time. At Nationals, she finished in 16th place with a total heptathlon score of 4166.

 

2020: Indoor: Started the season off with a 2nd place finish at the Ripon Multi, finishing with a score of 2891 in the pentathlon. Later bettered that score competing in the Whitewater Invite and finishing with a score of 2976. Also competed in pole vault at Whitewater where she set a then personal record with a height of 2.69 meters. She later set a personal record in the 60m with a time of 8.61 seconds at the Oshkosh Titan Invite. At the Midwest Conference Championships, she competed in pole vault and took 2nd in high jump with a height of 1.53 meters. Outdoor: No season due to COVID.

 

2019: Indoor: In the first meet of her collegiate career, placed first in the high jump with a clearance of 1.62 (5-3.75) and fourth in long jump with a mark of 4.87 (15-11.75) at the Pointer Open Alumni. Set a personal record in the 200 at the Friday Night Invitational with finishing time of 28.27 seconds. Competed in her first pentathlon at the Warhawk Classic Invitational & Multi, finishing in seventh place with 2,770 points. Top two finishes in the competition were a second-place finish in high jump and fifth place in shot put. At the Red Hawk Invite finished in second place in the high jump. At the MWC Championship scored eight team points by placing second in the high jump. Outdoor: Had a pair of first-place finishes at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational. Cleared 1.53 (5-0.25) in the high jump and ran on the 4x100 relay that finished in time of 51.56 seconds. Also had a fourth-place finish in the javelin. Earned another second-place finish and eight team points for her performance in the high jump at the Wisconsin Private College Championship. At the Carroll University Alumni Open ran in the 4x400 relay that came in second place. Competed in first heptathlon at the St. Norbert Quad & Multi. Finished third overall with a score of 3,653 points. Placed in the top five in all seven events. Had second-place finishes in high jump, long jump and javelin. At the Lawrence Viking Invitational had another first-place finish in the high jump with a clearance of 1.55 (5-1). Finished in third place in the javelin throw, seventh in the high jump and seventh in the long jump at the MWC Championship. Concluded the season by competing in the heptathlon at the North Central Gregory Final Qualifier, earning a tenth-place finish score of 3,844 points. Had a third-place finish in the shot put with a mark of 10.20 meters and a fifth-place finish in the javelin throw with a mark of 33.04 (108-5).

 

Personal: Majoring in biology. Attended Seymour High School.
