ST. PAUL, Minn. - St. Norbert College couldn't hold a second-half lead and ended up settling for a 1-1 tie against Hamline University in a non-conference match at Pat Paterson Field.
Following a scoreless first half, St. Norbert broke through when
Quinn Graham scored at the 63:01 mark. The Green Knights would hold their lead until the Pipers' tied things up on a marker from Johanso Camacho at 71:19. Hamline would put heavy pressure on late with four corner kicks in the last six minutes but the Green Knights' defense held for the tie.
Graham and
Joe Anguil each had three shots, while
Kacper Durski had two.
St. Norbert outshot Hamline 14-9, while each team had four corner kicks.
Jackson Kiszka made three saves for the Green Knights.
