DE PERE – St. Norbert College fell to defeat for the first time this season in a 5-2 non-conference loss to UW-Oshkosh at Green Bay Tennis Center.
The Green Knights (2-1) picked up one victory in doubles competition while claiming two singles wins.
Jordan Domnick (pictured) and Allison Unverzagt claimed St. Norbert's lone doubles win, prevailing 6-3 at No. 1 against Brianna Owens and Olivia Pethan.
Unverzagt topped Owens 7-5, 6-4 at No. 2 singles, while Irene Multhauf defeated Jameson Gregory 6-3, 6-4 at No. 4. In other action, Domnick dropped a close 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) at No. 1 to Pethan, while Molly Merrill fought in a 6-4, 0-6, 1-0 (10-5) defeat to Sophie Gish at No. 5.
The Green Knights resume conference play tomorrow against Concordia University Wisconsin at Green Bay Tennis Center.
