DE PERE – Kenna Farrey has been named Director of Student-Athlete Experience/Assistant Women's Hockey Coach, head coach A.J. Aitken announced.  

Farrey arrives at St. Norbert after serving as the Director of Hockey Operations for the women's hockey program at the University of Maine.  

"I'm excited to have a former player join our coaching staff," Aitken said. "We can't wait to see the positive impact she'll make both on and off the ice." 

Farrey, a 2018 St. Norbert graduate, was a member of the women's hockey team for four seasons, playing in 95 games while scoring four goals and adding 21 assists for 25 points.  

"I am ecstatic to be back at St. Norbert," said Farrey. "A.J. and his staff have built this squad into a nationally ranked team. I can't wait for this season to start and contribute to the overall student-athlete experience."  

Following graduation, she was the lead for women's hockey operations at St. Cloud State University while also serving as a sports information director for the program before landing at Maine. She holds a bachelor's degree in communication and media studies from St. Norbert and master's in mass communications from St. Cloud.
