DE PERE – St. Norbert College swept a pair of non-conference dual matches, defeating University of Wisconsin-Stout 5-2 and Lawrence University 4-3 at Green Bay Tennis Center.

Against UW-Stout, the Green Knights won two of three doubles matches to claim the doubles point. Irene Multhauf and Jordan Domnick defeated Prajna Hosamane and Gretchen Murphy 6-4 at No.2, while Madeline Diefenthaler and Alyssa Tegen (pictured) earned a 6-1 win over Lindsay Leuzinger and Lexie Stein.

St. Norbert also put together a strong showing in singles play, winning four of the six matches. Allison Unverzagt posted a 6-0, 2-6, 10-4 win over Hosamane at No. 2, while Anna Vechart earned a 7-5, 7-6 (7-5) victory against Ashlyn Dellemann at No. 3. Tegen rallied for a 3-6, 6-2, 13-11 win over Gretchen Murphy at No. 5, and Diefenthaler posted a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Stein at No. 6.

Against Lawrence, the Green Knights secured the doubles point, winning two of the three matches. Unverzagt and Domnick defeated Clara Hills and Sky Shinohara 6-3 at No. 1, while Multhauf and Ava Nankervis earned a 6-1 win over Rachael Pofahl and Maddie Bublik at No. 3.

In singles play, St. Norbert picked up three victories to secure the 4-3 win. Vechart posted a dominant 6-0, 6-0 victory over Shinohara at No. 3, and Tegen defeated Bublik 6-3, 6-2 at No. 5. Diefenthaler added a 6-1, 6-4 win over Madelena Priest at No. 6.
