St. Norbert Clinches Share of NACC Title in Regular-Season Finale

DE PERE – St. Norbert College officially clinched a share of the 2025-26 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference regular season title with a 87-49 triumph over Dominican University in the regular season finale at Mulva Family Fitness and Sports Center.

The Green Knights (19-6, 16-2 NACC) won at least a share of their third conference title since joining the NACC in 2021. It is the 12th conference title won under coach Gary Grzesk, having won nine in the Midwest Conference.

St. Norbert opened on a 10-0 run early in the first half, with Cole Uhlenbrauck scoring eight points on his first three shot attempts. Uhlenbrauck and Connor Pytleski continued to be lethal from beyond the arc as the Green Knights led 31-14 with 6:35 left in the first half.

The Green Knights went on to hold a 44-23 lead at halftime, with Will Stuckey scoring two free throws after being fouled just before the buzzer.

The Stars cut the lead to under 20 points early in the second half before the Green Knights went on a run to extend their lead to over thirty points. Stuckey, Uhlenbrauck and Pytleski led the run thanks to more excellent shooting from beyond the arc.

In total, St. Norbert shot 40.6 percent from three, draining 13 of 32 shots. Uhlenbrauck led with 17 points and seven rebounds, making five 3-pointers on eight attempts. Pytleski also had 17 points while Stuckey had 15. Cam Lathos had eight points off the bench while Maddox Cornette had seven in the four minutes.

The Green Knights shot 47.1 percent from the floor overall (32-for-68).

Dominican shot 35.3 percent from the floor (18-for-51). Braydon Murphy led the Stars with 13 points.

The Green Knights will open the NACC Tournament as the two seed, hosting Rockford University next Tuesday at 7 p.m.
