DE PERE – St. Norbert College junior Jacob McVane has been named to the D3football.com Team of the Week as well as earning a second consecutive Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Special Teams Player of the Week nod, announced today by the website and conference office.

McVane, a Green Bay native and Ashwaubenon graduate, became the first player in program history to return a kickoff for a touchdown in back-to-back games. McVane scored a 82-yard return in the first quarter of St. Norbert's 28-14 victory over Rockford University, having returned a score of 88-yards against Wisconsin Lutheran College the previous week.

He also added 159 yards on the ground with a touchdown.
