FOND DU LAC – St. Norbert College placed third out of eight teams at the Marian University Invitational at Whispering Springs and Rolling Meadows golf clubs.
 
The Green Knights wrapped up the 36-hole event with a total score of 331-347--678. Lake Forest College claimed the team title with a score of 306-338--644. Marian's Yinan Lu topped all golfers, scoring a 74-82--156.
 
Emma Laundrie and Vivien Ninham (pictured) tied for sixth place with scores of 76-85--161 and 79-82--161, respectively.
 
Ava Frederiksen finished in a three-way tie for 12th place, posting a score of 89-87--176. Michayla Leonard was tied for 21st place with a score of 88-93--181, and Amber Miller placed 29th with a 88-100--188.
 
The Green Knights return to the course on Sept. 10 for the Benedictine Invitational.
