
HARTFORD - St. Norbert College tied for sixth place out of 15 teams at the Wisconsin Lutheran College Invitational at Washington County Golf Club.
The Green Knights covered the 36 holes with a final total of 294-321--615, with their round of 294 their best of the season. Milwaukee School of Engineering clipped Carthage College by one stroke to win the team title with a 293-300--593. Carthage's James Trachsel paced a field of 86 contestants with a medalist score of 70-73--143.
Dawson Fish led St. Norbert with a tie for sixth place, finishing with a 71-76--147.
Max Renard was five strokes back to finish in a tie for 20th place with a 74-78--152. Fish posted five birdies in his first round, which was 1-under park. Renard collected four birdies on Round 2.
Conner Krach tied for 42nd place with a 76-81--157, netting four birdies in his first round.
Brendan Lange tied for 65th place with a 73-90--163, while
Troy Watt finished in 76th place at 79-86--165.
