DE PERE - St. Norbert College opened its 2025 season with a non-conference match against Hamline University, falling 5-2 to the Pipers at Green Bay Tennis Center.
The Green Knights picked up a pair of singles wins.
Brett Daniels (pictured) outlasted Rumeal Setts 2-6, 7-6 (9-7), 1-0 (10-8) at No. 1, while
Jackson Harpt held off Tyler Rousslang 6-1, 2-6, 1-0 (10-5) at No. 2.
Brian Coulter had a tough loss at No. 3 singles, with a 7-5, 7-6 setback to Elijah Krause at No. 3.
St. Norbert returns to action on Super Bowl Sunday at Green Bay Tennis Center with a pair of duals against UW-Superior and Augustana College at 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively.
