MILWAUKEE - St. Norbert College continued its hot start with a 7-0 win over Alverno College in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match at McKinley Park Courts.
The Green Knights, now 4-0 overall and in the NACC, did not lose a game against the Inferno.
St. Norbert won the two doubles matches contested 6-0.
Grace Peters and
Allison Unverzagt topped Morgan Golabowski and Riley Spencer at No. 1, while
Grace McCune and
Paige Diercks tripped Ivonna Gentry and Ililliana Coronado at No. 2.
Alyssa Tegen and
Jordan Domnick earned a walkover win at No. 3.
All four contested singles matches ended 6-0, 6-0. Domnick (pictured) blanked Golabowski at No. 1, while Unverzagt defeated Spencer at No. 2. Peters defeated Gentry at No. 3, while
Madeline Diefenthaler stopped Coronado at No. 4.
Irene Multhauf and Diercks earned walkover wins at Nos. 5 and 6 singles, respectively.
