DE PERE - St. Norbert College senior Jamison Nickolai was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week, announced today by the conference office. 

Nickolai, a Sheboygan Falls native and graduate, had two double-digit performances last week to help the Green Knights move to 3-0 in conference play. He had 14 points and four rebounds in the 106-59 victory over Dominican University, shooting 4-for-6 from the floor. He would then follow that performance with a season-high 21 points in St. Norbert's 74-63 win over Aurora University, shooting nearly 60 percent from the floor.

The senior is averaging 16.3 points and 7.5 rebounds a game this season. 

The award is Nickolai's second in his career.
