DE PERE – St. Norbert College picked up its second dual meet win of season, with the Green Knights coming away with a 179-50 victory over Lawrence University at Mulva Pool.
St. Norbert had 11 first-place finishes. Lacy Geurts (pictured), Katherine Thompson and Ally Boyer each had two event wins in the dual. Geurts won the 50-yard freestyle in 25.28 and the 200-yard butterfly in 2:20.08. Thompson was victorious in the 100-yard freestyle and 1,000-yard freestyle, clocking times of 57.23 and 11:29.98 respectively. Boyer won both the 200-yard breaststroke and 400 individual medley.
Also placing first-place finishers were Ashley Jankowski (2:04.20, 200-yard freestyle), Megan Pierce (2:20.18, 200-yard backstroke) and Grace Sobczak (5:38.43, 500-yard freestyle).
St. Norbert would also sweep in the relay races, winning both the 200-yard freestyle and medley relays.
