DE PERE – St. Norbert College senior Liam Fraser was named one of the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association's Three Stars of the Week, announced today by the conference office. 

Fraser, a Calgary, Alberta native, had a massive week for the Green Knights, scoring five goals across three games. He started off the week by scoring a natural hat trick in the 6-2 win against #9 UW-Stevens Point, scoring all three goals in the first period. His first came just 51 seconds into the first period, as he would score two more in less than ten minutes to put St. Norbert up 3-0.  

Against Marian University, he would score two more goals in the weekend series. In the first contest against the Sabres on Friday, he scored the second of three Green Knight goals. Fraser would then add yet another monumental moment in the young season by scoring the game-winner in overtime against the Sabres in a 4-3 win.  

The award is Fraser's fifth in his career.
