Box Score FOND DU LAC – St. Norbert College got back on the winning side of the ledger with a 7-0 win over Marian University in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference dual match at Fond du Lac High School.
The Green Knights (5-2, 5-1 NACC) romped to earning the doubles point, sweeping to a trio of 6-0 wins.
Allison Unverzagt and
Grace Peters topped Kendall Pliner and Hazel Duchemin at No. 1,
Jordan Domnick and
Alyssa Tegen defeated Josephine Bruch and Melana Brunton at No. 2 and
Anna Krupka and
Madeline Diefenthaler dispatched Madeline Chimenti and Madeline DeVries at No. 3.
St. Norbert went on to sweep all six singles matches. Domnick stopped Brunton 6-2, 6-0 at No. 1, while Unverzagt turned away Pliner by the same score at No. 2. Peters clipped Duchemin 6-2, 6-2 at No. 3.
Bongle defeated Bruch 6-1, 6-0 at No. 4, while
Anna Vechart trimmed Chimenti 6-0, 6-1 at No. 5.
