DE PERE - St. Norbert College faced Illinois Institute of Technology in a key Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference dual, with the visiting Scarlet Hawks taking a 6-3 victory at Green Bay Tennis Center.

The three doubles matches were all closely contested, with St. Norbert picking up its lone tandem win at No. 1. Brett Daniels and Adam Stacho defeated Alann Torres and Nabil Fawaz 8-4. Joe Pellechia and David Vandenberg at No. 2 and Anthony Michels and Brian Coulter at No. 3 suffered 8-6 losses.

St. Norbert (6-6, 2-1 NACC) took two singles points. Vandenberg defeated Rodrigo Casado 6-4, 6-2 at No. 5, while Josh Brown outlasted Huy Ngo 6-2, 2-6, 6-4 at No. 6.

Daniels (No. 1), Michels (No. 3) and Coulter (No. 4) all had three-set losses in other singles action.

Illinois Tech improved to 5-10, 4-0.
