DE PERE - St. Norbert College junior Alyssa Mills and senior Erin Eggers was named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, announced today by the conference office.

Mills, an Oconomowoc native and Oconomowoc High School graduate, had a solid offensive week for St. Norbert. Mills posted 40 kills against seven errors in 108 attempts in just nine sets (4.44 kills per set) as the Green Knights went 3-0. Mills had 15 kills against four errors in 34 attempts in a 3-1 win over Wisconsin Lutheran. She followed up with three kills in one set in a 3-0 win over Northland. Mills then had a big match in a 3-1 win over Illinois Tech, registering a career-high 22 kills against two errors in 45 attempts (.444) in a 3-1 win over Illinois Tech. 

Eggers, a McFarland native and McFarland High School graduate, led St. Norbert with another big weekend from the back row, totaling 61 digs in 10 sets played for a solid 6.10 digs per set average. Eggers posted 23 digs in four sets in a 3-1 win over Wisconsin Lutheran, 16 digs in two sets in a 3-0 win over Northland and 23 digs in four sets in a 3-1 win over Illinois Tech.
