St. Norbert Turned Away In Windy City

CHICAGO - St. Norbert College couldn't slow down Illinois Institute of Technology in the second half en route to a 6-1 loss in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match at Stuart Field.

The Green Knights trailed 1-0 at halftime, but the Scaret Hawks then scored four goals in the first 12 1/2 minutes of the second half to pull away.

Abby Thompson scored for St. Norbert at 65:14, her seventh marker of the season. Mallory Names assisted.

Illinois Tech outshot St. Norbert 31-4. Thompson and Names had two shots each for the Green Knights.

Lilly Collins made five saves for St. Norbert.
