St. Norbert College

Green Bay Country Club

Green Bay Country Club has been the home of St. Norbert College men’s and women’s golf since 2022.

Construction of the 18-hole layout and practice area began in the early 1990s and opened in May 1995. Designed by Dick Nugent and Associates, the character of the course is defined by the topography that previously existed. While a large ridge running through the property was graded to accommodate downhill holes, wooded portions, ravines, hilly terrain, and meandering Bower Creek left a canvas for Nugent and Associates to create dramatic holes. Uneven fairway lies on several holes combine with true-rolling greens to offer a fair, but challenging experience for golfers of all levels.

In 2005, the club expanded and built a Sports Center facility. The Sports Center includes a zero-entry pool and two-story water slide, a six-hole par three executive course, six tennis courts, and a golf practice area. In 2022, the Club embarked on an extensive renovation of both the Main Clubhouse and the Sports Center facility.
